About Me

With a genuine desire to help people, I have represented buyers and sellers of real estate since 1990. Licensed as an Associate Broker, I am affiliated with the locally owned Premier One Properties. Premier One is the leader in local real estate sales and boasts a sales force of 25 full time, professional agents.

One of the valuable benefits that I offer clients is 19+ years of experience. Since 1990, I have served hundreds of clients. My business has included new home sales (subdivision and on-your-lot), land development, timber land, farms, and property management. I have worked for high net worth investors, first time buyers, and everything in between.

A majority of my business is by referral from satisfied clients. My hope is that you become a client as well. I want to serve you for as long as you live in the Wenatchee Valley. My goal is to exceed your expectations before, during, and after the sale.

On a personal note, God has blessed me with an incredible family. I have deep gratitude for my wife Heidi, sons Ezra (8) & Zachary (7), and Gabriella (3).

My favorite activities are mountaineering, road biking, mountain biking, triathlons, skiing, investing, reading, and watching movies with the family. I love the quality of life that North Central Washington allows and often say, "Who could ask for more?"

My primary focus is to provide outstanding service for you in hopes that I will become your Realtor for as long as you live in the Wenatchee Valley. I realize my success ultimately depends on the satisfaction of my clients. If I am unable to deliver a superior service, my business will fail. Because of this fact, I promise to represent you with great skill and integrity.

Like a majority of my clients, you were likely referred to me by a family member, friend, or business associate. I have purposely designed my business to grow through referrals from my clients. They are eager to refer, because they trust who I am and the service I provide. I hope that by working together, you too will be eager to refer me to others that need to buy or sell real estate in the Wenatchee Valley.

To show my appreciation for referrals, I host an annual Client Appreciation Movie. This has been a big hit and is often attended by 200 to 300 of my clients and friends. I also enjoy hosting housewarming parties and special dinners for loyal clients.
