How long have you been in the business of real estate?

I have represented buyers and sellers of real estate since 1990. I have held the Managing (Associate) Broker's license since 2002.

Most of my business comes by referral. I try to do an outstanding job for each client so that when a friend or family member asks for a referral, they gladly offer my name.

I am a buyer. How can you help me?

We set an appointment to sit down, get to know each other, discuss the process, and talk about your wants and needs. From there we formulate a plan to find the home that best fits those needs.

I am your representative and everything we share will be confidential. My primary function is providing access to homes for sale through the local MLS and homes available by owner.

If you feel comfortable with my services, I ask for a firm, ongoing commitment. In other words, I ask that you commit to me as your Realtor regardless if you buy a home from the MLS or for-sale-by-owner. If at any time you feel this commitment is unreasonable, we can simply end the relationship at any time without any further obligation.

What does it cost to have you as a buyer's agent?

There is no charge. If you decide to buy a for-sale-by-owner, then the seller pays my fee from their closing proceeds. The amount I ask for is 3% on the 1st $100k, and 1.5% on the balance(based on the purchase price).

I am a seller. How can you help me?

I provide home sale information necessary to get an accurate price on your home. The market analysis I provide will be honest and straightforward. I also provide marketing, staging, and negotiating advice.

If you decide to list with me, I take care of all the advertising and marketing. Your role is keeping your home prepared for showings. Once we have an offer, I help you to negotiate your best price and walk you through the process to closing.

What's the real estate fee that you charge?

The total real estate fee is 6% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance. At closing, the fee is divided equally between the Buyer’s agent and the Listing agent.

Where do you advertise?

North Central Washington MLS, Wenatchee World Homefinder, KellyBoyle.net, Craigslist, Trulia, Zillow, Postlets, www.wenatcheerealestate.wordpress.com, Facebook, Twitter, and numerous other websites.

I have been married to Heidi since 1997 and we have three children: Ezra (10), Zachary (8), and Gabriella (4).
